Pensum: 80–100%

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Prüfung und Kontrolle von Rechnungen gemäß Schweizer Gesetzgebung

  • Unterstützung im Bereich Buchhaltung und Einkauf

  • Anwendung und Pflege von SAP R3 MM, RM, CO, DMS sowie weiteren relevanten Systemen

  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern

  • Sicherstellung einer genauen und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise

Profil & Anforderungen:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung

  • Kenntnisse der Gesetzgebung hinsichtlich Rechnungsstellung und Buchhaltung

  • Erfassen von Rechnungen im elektronischen Freigabetool

  • Validieren der Rechnungen im elektronischen Freigabetool

  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit

  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift, Englisch fortgeschritten
