Business Energy Analyst - Liquidación y Automatización de Procesos (f/m/d)

Como Analista de Energía Empresarial en Axpo Iberia, tendrás la oportunidad de adquirir experiencia práctica en gestión energética, pricing y procesos de liquidación. Este rol rotativo te permitirá desarrollar conocimientos especializados en operaciones de mercado, automatización de procesos y toma de decisiones basada en datos. Tus responsabilidades:
Aprender y apoyar las operaciones del mercado energético, incluyendo la compra de energía y la previsión para España y Portugal.
Adquirir experiencia en metodologías de pricing, valoración de productos energéticos y entender el impacto de los precios de liquidación en diferentes segmentos de clientes.
Colaborar en la integración de datos de pricing con sistemas de liquidación y desarrollar dashboards de control.
Proponer mejoras para aumentar la precisión y eficiencia en los cálculos de pricing y garantizar liquidaciones correctas.
Optimizar y automatizar los procesos de liquidación de energía, garantizando precisión operativa, eficiencia y cumplimiento normativo.
Mapear procesos manuales, identificar oportunidades de mejora e implementar soluciones automatizadas que reduzcan errores y aceleren los ciclos.
Diseñar e implementar controles de negocio robustos en liquidación y “revenue assurance”.
Automatizar tareas repetitivas utilizando herramientas como Python, VBA, SQL y RPA en colaboración con los equipos de IT y Data.
Definir e implementar modelos de control operativo y sistemas de seguimiento de KPIs.
Tu perfil:
Licenciatura o grado en Ingeniería, Economía, Administración de Empresas, Matemáticas, Informática o una disciplina relacionada.
Certificaciones en Excel avanzado, SQL, Python o herramientas de automatización son un plus.
Conocimientos avanzados de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas complejas, análisis de datos).
Experiencia o disposición para aprender Python, VBA o SQL para automatización de procesos.
Familiaridad con sistemas ERP o bases de datos (SAP, Oracle).
Atención extrema al detalle y precisión en el trabajo.
Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
Altamente organizado/a, capaz de gestionar múltiples tareas con plazos ajustados.
Proactivo/a y adaptable, con una mentalidad de aprendizaje continuo.
Fluidez en español; otros idiomas son un plus.
