What you will do:
Define and execute lifecycle strategies for construction, commissioning, and operations of biomethane assets.
Oversee the delivery of capital projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution with a focus on safety and quality.
Manage EPC partners, engineering firms, and contractors to deliver new builds, upgrades, and refurbishments.
Lead commissioning processes, ensuring performance validation, safety acceptance, and seamless handovers.
Optimize operational performance, ensuring high availability, feedstock efficiency, and biomethane production.
Govern maintenance strategies, lifecycle planning, and asset integrity programs to ensure long-term reliability.
Drive compliance with HSE regulations and foster a strong safety culture across all sites.
What you bring & who you are:
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Industrial, or similar).
10–15+ years of experience in industrial plant operations and construction, ideally with an EPC project management background.
Proven expertise in managing large capital projects and leading multi-site operations.
Technical knowledge of biogas, anaerobic digestion, or upgrading technologies.
Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced project management expertise (PMI/IPMA preferred) and financial acumen across OPEX/CAPEX.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and HSE leadership.
Analytical mindset with a focus on standardization and operational excellence.
