Bist du bereit, einen bedeutenden Beitrag zu den HR-Operations zu leisten? Werde Teil unseres Teams in Cluj als HR Services Specialist und gestalte sowie stärke unser HR Global Services Center. Mit deiner Expertise treibst du Prozesse rund um den Employee Lifecycle voran und verbesserst HR-Services weltweit.
Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:
Verwaltung von Mitarbeiterdaten und Systempflege auf SAP- und SuccessFactors-Plattformen
Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden bei HR-Self-Service-Tools und Prozessanleitungen
Bearbeitung von Ereignissen im Employee Lifecycle, wie Dienstjubiläen, Abschlussänderungen und die Beantragung von A1-Formularen
Pflege von externen Auftragnehmerdaten
Sicherstellung einer korrekten digitalen Personalaktenführung
Erstellung und Aktualisierung von HR-Berichten (regelmäßig und ad-hoc)
Teilnahme an Initiativen zur Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen
Gewährleistung einer konsistenten Datenqualität und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften in allen HR-Funktionen
Durchführung routinemäßiger administrativer HR-Aufgaben
Profil & Anforderungen:
Bachelor-Abschluss in Human Resources oder gleichwertig
2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der HR-Administration, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
Kenntnisse in HR-Tools wie SAP HCM und SuccessFactors
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Detailorientiert, organisiert und serviceorientiert
Ein kooperativer Teamplayer mit Eigeninitiative und einem ausgeprägten Verantwortungsbewusstsein
