Axpo has been operating in the Polish market for over 20 years now. It employs about 260 people and is one of the largest independent offtakers of green energy. Customers in Poland benefit from tailor-made offers for the purchase and supply of energy and gas based on structured and long-term contracts. Axpo Polska also provides services to more than 25,000 companies from the small and medium-sized enterprises segment and, since April 2020, it has only been offering energy with a certified origin from renewable energy sources. While supporting energy transition in Poland, the Company also implements large-scale photovoltaic projects.
Currently we are looking for: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Your responsibilities:
Manage and drive end-to-end recruitment processes at Axpo, from role intake to offer and onboarding support
Act as a single point of contact for hiring managers within the assigned business areas
Partner with hiring managers and the recruitment team to design and execute effective sourcing strategies
Proactively suggest and implement new recruitment tactics to attract high-quality talent
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend ways to simplify, optimize, and enhance recruitment processes, procedures, and tools
Build and continuously expand a professional network within the energy sector and relevant talent markets
Ensure an excellent and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Maintain clear, timely, and transparent communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
Our requirements:
A university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or Economics
Experience in direct sourcing techniques (including LinkedIn Recruiter), job boards, and talent mapping
Experience in partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders
Knowledge of end‑to‑end recruitment and best talent acquisition practices
A solid understanding of both candidate experience principles and employer branding
Ability to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies in competitive talent markets
Ability to build trust and communicate clearly with both candidates and stakeholders
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Comfort with working in dynamic environments
High professionalism and integrity when handling sensitive information
Languages: Polish (fluent), English (fluent)
