Join Axpo Polska Sp. z o.o. and help shape the future of energy! As a Senior Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in improving, automating, and standardizing operational processes to drive efficiency and innovation.

What you will do:

• End-to-end management of settlement processes for electricity, natural gas and guarantees of origin, using dedicated IT systems (e.g. Endur, Business Central).

• Working with ETRM-class systems as well as accounting and billing systems.

• Develop and improve systems for data handling, billing, customer care.

• Preparing and analyzing data, reports and operational summaries.

• Participating in cross-functional and international projects related to operational activities.

• Lead improvement initiatives and solve complex problems independently.

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree; preferred fields include energy engineering, economics, finance or mathematics.

• Interest in finance, markets and business; knowledge of the power market is a plus.

• At least 2 years of experience in an operational, analytical, process-oriented role.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply them in practice.

• Good knowledge of Excel; knowledge of SQL, Power BI or programming (e.g. Python) will be an advantage.

• Well-organised, detail-oriented and reliable in day-to-day work.

• English at a minimum B2 level.
