Join Axpo to own and scale our Common Data Environment (CDE) - Autodesk Forma (former Autodesk Construction Cloud) across 600+ users and 200+ projects in a multi-country environment. As an application Manager/Owner, you will drive the strategy, governance, and adoption of our CDE platform, acting as the key link between business, IT, and external partners. Your work will directly enable the digital transformation of energy infrastructure projects across Europe, improving collaboration, data quality, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Product/Application Management:
Define strategy, roadmap, and change management.
Translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Administration:
Manage CDE tenant projects.
Update standards (templates, folder structures, permissions, workflows).
Governance:
Align with ISO 19650 standards.
Conduct UAT, release notes, and change control.
Ensure compliance, security, and data lifecycle.
Training & Enablement:
Develop role-based curricula, playbooks, and guides.
Deliver onboarding and refresher sessions.
Build an international champions network.
Support:
Provide tiered support for workflows.
Monitor adoption and data quality.
Maintain a knowledge base.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate outsourced integrations and customizations.
Write functional specifications and oversee delivery.
Reporting:
Define KPIs and reporting frameworks.
Collaborate on Power BI and data connectors.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering with a technological focus.
5+ years in application/product ownership of enterprise-grade software.
Proven experience in IT customer support, training, and playbook creation.
Familiarity with BIM/VDC and CDE software (Autodesk Forma, Dalux, Trimble).
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
German is a plus but not mandatory.
Formal education in product/application ownership is advantageous.
Willingness to travel internationally every other month.
