As a full-time KYC Support Intern at Axpo Bulgaria, you'll play a vital role in ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting customer onboarding processes. What you will do:

• Collect, review, and validate KYC documentation using internal systems and external sources.

• Communicate with internal teams (e.g., Compliance, Front Office) and external counterparties to exchange information for KYC purposes.

• Provide trading counterparties with necessary documentation to complete their KYC requirements.

• Maintain accurate records and databases with up-to-date KYC-related information.

• Archive agreements, ensuring proper version control and compliance.

• Assist with administrative tasks, including periodic VAT checks of counterparties.

• Perform tasks accurately and within deadlines, following internal procedures and compliance standards.

What you bring & who you are:

• Currently completing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong IT user skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

• Excellent academic track record.

• Self-management skills and a results-oriented mindset.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities.

• Effective communicator with good social skills and the ability to build relationships.

• Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to challenges.

• Fluent in English.
