KYC Support Intern, 6+6 months FTC (f/m/d)

As a full-time KYC Support Intern at Axpo Bulgaria, you'll play a vital role in ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting customer onboarding processes. What you will do:
Collect, review, and validate KYC documentation using internal systems and external sources.
Communicate with internal teams (e.g., Compliance, Front Office) and external counterparties to exchange information for KYC purposes.
Provide trading counterparties with necessary documentation to complete their KYC requirements.
Maintain accurate records and databases with up-to-date KYC-related information.
Archive agreements, ensuring proper version control and compliance.
Assist with administrative tasks, including periodic VAT checks of counterparties.
Perform tasks accurately and within deadlines, following internal procedures and compliance standards.
What you bring & who you are:
Currently completing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong IT user skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Excellent academic track record.
Self-management skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities.
Effective communicator with good social skills and the ability to build relationships.
Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to challenges.
Fluent in English.
