What you will do:
Define and manage the Salesforce product vision for Sales and Service Clouds, aligning with commercial strategy and business priorities.
Prioritize and maintain the Salesforce backlog, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and value of all items.
Refine and communicate the Salesforce roadmap, balancing quick wins with long-term improvements.
Lead solution definition, functional design, testing, and successful rollouts.
Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and development tasks.
Validate technical designs and propose scalable Salesforce configurations for optimized processes.
Act as the bridge between Sales teams, Customer Experience, IT, and vendors, ensuring alignment throughout delivery.
Drive continuous improvement by tracking platform performance and identifying optimization opportunities.
What you bring & who you are:
University degree, ideally in Engineering, with specialization in Digital Transformation as a plus.
4–5 years of functional experience in Salesforce, including Sales and Service Cloud expertise (sales funnel, case management, communities, reporting, automation)
Proven experience managing Experience Cloud sites and Salesforce administration for user profiling.
Familiarity with API-based system integrations and agile project management using JIRA.
Knowledge of DevOps for configuration management across environments.
Experience with omnichannel contact-center platforms integrated with Salesforce (CTI or Genesys knowledge is a plus).
Advanced activity reporting skills using PowerBI and Excel.
Spanish energy sector knowledge is a strong advantage; alternatively, experience in Telco or Insurance sectors.
Fluent Spanish (mandatory) and advanced English (preferred).
