What you will do:

• Work as an integrated part of the finance teams in the Nordic countries ensuring high quality accounting support when it comes to AP/AR and bank-related operations

• Support the collection, recording, and organization of accounting data in compliance with IFRS requirements.

• Assist in preparing monthly accounting journals, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

• Help ensure accurate invoicing processes and resolve internal and external billing inquiries.

• After onboarding, prepare VAT returns and other periodic tax declarations while ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.

• Monitor payment transactions, prepare bank reconciliations, and maintain accurate banking records.

• Collaborate with other departments to gather information and resolve accounting matters.

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification (mandatory).

• A few years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.

• Basic knowledge of IFRS and understanding of VAT and corporate tax principles.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Business Central) is a plus.

• Process-driven, detail-oriented, and well-organized with strong communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.

• Excellent knowledge of English is essential.

• Availability for occasional travels abroad.
