Mid Office Senior Business Analyst - ETRM (f/m/d)

What you will do:
Develop, maintain, and improve standards for Deal Models across Origination businesses.
Translate commercial contract structures into comprehensive, end-to-end Deal Models covering the full lifecycle of contracts.
Coordinate implementation of complex Deal Models across Front Office, Mid Office, Back Office, Risk, Finance, and IT teams.
Ensure Deal Model documentation is complete, standardized, and auditable.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in existing Deal Models and propose improvements.
Collaborate with IT teams and follow established business analysis and project management frameworks.
Support Deal Life Cycle (DLC) projects by gathering, defining, and documenting business and functional requirements.
What you bring & who you are:
University degree in STEM, Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Ideally, post-graduate education in product, project management, or business analysis.
AI/ML and MS Azure know-how is a clear plus.
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in energy sectors.
Minimum 3 years of experience with ETRM systems, preferably OpenLink Endur.
Strong understanding of end-to-end energy trading transactions, including physical delivery, financial settlement, accounting, and risk.
Excellent technical analysis and design skills for business and functional requirements in complex organizations.
Experience in project management; familiarity with Origination business is an advantage.
Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written).
Strong problem-solving skills, structured approach, and ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
Business results-driven, team-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
Willingness to travel when needed.
