SupplierOnboarding Specialist (f/m/d)

As a Supplier Enablement Specialist, you will support suppliers throughout the registration process, develop training materials, and ensure the accuracy of supplier documents. What you will do:

• Develop and improve training materials and handbooks for internal and external use
• Continuously enhance processes and tools, leveraging AI and RPA where possible
• Coordinate tool upgrades, patches, and enhancements with IT
• Conduct training sessions for procurement staff and suppliers on tool functionalities
• Monitor tool adoption and provide support to optimize user engagement
• Ensure data accuracy and governance within procurement systems

What you bring & who you are:

• Experience with SAP Ariba and procurement processes
• Strong skills in tool optimization, data accuracy, and accessibility
• Ability to lead training programs and support procurement teams in adopting new tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
