KAM Sales Nortwest SME (f/m/d)
Help us grow Axpo’s presence in Galicia by building strong SME partnerships and an effective agent network. If you’re a people-centric sales professional who knows the energy market, we’d love to meet you.
What you will do:
- Build and manage an indirect sales network by onboarding and supporting new agencies in the assigned area
- Sell Axpo’s SME portfolio (gas, power, and energy efficiency solutions)
- Deliver regular training to agents on Axpo values, processes, and product updates
- Analyze market competition to inform pricing, campaigns, and product strategy
- Co-develop strategies and offers for indirect channels (e.g., associations, B2B platforms) and bundled efficiency solutions
- Monitor agency performance and drive continuous improvement across the network
What you bring & who you are:
- Must-have: 3–5 years’ experience in similar KAM/indirect sales roles (energy, b2b telco, others b2b retail sectors), with solid knowledge of the energy retail market
- Must-have: Proficiency in Galician and willingness to travel across Galicia, Asturias, and León; based in Vigo/Coruña area (home office)
- Must-have: Experience with digital tools and solutions for B2B sales; strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must-have: Autonomous, goal-oriented, and organized, with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Ideally: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Sociology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Ideally: Established network within the regional energy sector and experience designing “all-in” efficiency offers
