Customers in Poland benefit from tailor-made offers for the purchase and supply of energy and gas based on structured and long-term contracts. Axpo Polska also provides services to more than 25,000 companies from the small and medium-sized enterprises segment and, since April 2020, it has only been offering energy with a certified origin from renewable energy sources. While supporting energy transition in Poland, the Company also implements large-scale photovoltaic projects.
Currently we are looking for: acting Senior Sales Support Manager (fixed term contract - 18 months)
Your responsibilities:
- Managing a 15-person Sales Support team, including direct oversight of the onboarding and training unit, the business process optimization unit, business analysts, and a project owner.
- Providing updates on task execution to the management team
- Searching for development opportunities and implementing value-creating initiatives within the team.
- Individual work with the team and identifying talents and opportunities for new development
- Identifying talents and opportunities for new development
- Conducting feedback conversations
- Designing team development plans and tailored individual growth plans
- Building relationships and maintaining ongoing collaboration with the Sales, Operations, Legal, and Marketing teams, as well as the sales network, by providing them with solutions that facilitate sales execution.
- Ensuring process continuity until the successful launch of contract implementation.
- Continuous cooperation within cross-functional Delivery and Experience teams.
- Collaboration in resolving complaint-related matters.
Our requirements:
- University Degree desired, preferably in IT, finance and accounting and related fields of study
- Proven experience in application management and ITIL-based service support.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of enterprise systems maintenance and lifecycle
- Solid experience in vendor and contract management, with a proven ability to develop clear documentation and procedures
- Proven experience of financial and accounting enterprise systems solutions development, nice to have experience with Business Central,
- Experience with working in an Agile environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-driven approach
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Effective collaboration skills, able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Skilled at building strong relationships, particularly with business stakeholders
- Ability to explain IT issues to business users
- Good command of spoken and written business both Polish and English
