What you will do:

• Identify process gaps and create technical documentation to expand monitoring infrastructures
• Investigate and resolve complex deal representation issues as case manager, implementing preventive measures
• Define and implement processes to improve deal entry consistency in ETRM systems
• Gather business requirements and create documentation for data-driven product development
• Coordinate stakeholders and drive project delivery for Mid Office initiatives
• Facilitate regular meetings and ensure swift resolution of dependencies and blockers

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree, ideally in engineering, economics, physics, or mathematics
• At least 4 years of experience as Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders and conflict resolution capabilities
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Ideally, experience with commodity/financial trading, ETRM systems, or Atlassian software
