What you will do:

  • Support various business areas like Finance, Procurement, Engineering, or other Support Functions
  • Jump into exciting projects and help us optimize processes
  • Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders across the globe
  • Develop and implement smart, efficient solutions
  • Ensure quality and drive continuous improvement in our workflows
  • Be part of our digital transformation journey

What you bring & who you are:

  • University degree or equivalent qualification in relevant fields
  • Some professional experience, ideally in an international environment
  • Excellent English skills – German is a huge plus and will make you stand out!
  • Analytical mindset with a solution-focused approach
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Ideally some experience with digital tools and processes
  • Remember: personality often trumps perfect skills – we can teach the rest!
