Electrical Project Manager (f/m/d)

What you will do:

• Lead electrical development of onshore wind projects from site identification through construction completion
• Manage grid connection processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and technical requirements
• Coordinate planning, tendering, and construction of grid connections and substations for new wind farms
• Review and optimize grid connection designs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee external service providers, suppliers, and business partners throughout project lifecycles
• Negotiate with regulatory authorities, community stakeholders, and project partners to secure approvals and partnerships

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the energy sector
• Strong understanding of wind energy project planning and permitting processes
• Proficiency in Finnish and English (written and verbal); Swedish knowledge is a plus
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in multicultural environments
• Ideally, expertise with industry-standard software and digital tools relevant to wind energy projects
