Supplier Base Management Intern (f/m/d) Workload: 80–100% Kick-start your career in procurement and supplier lifecycle management at Axpo. Learn hands-on in a supportive team and help improve data quality, risk assessments, and supplier onboarding.

What you will do:

• Support supplier registration, onboarding, and communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Maintain and cleanse supplier master data; prepare reports and KPIs
• Update internal and external handbooks and training materials
• Send invitations and reminders to increase supplier registration rates
• Contribute to risk assessment documentation and test the supplier risk platform
• Track tool adoption and support users to enhance engagement

What you bring & who you are:

• Must-have: Ongoing or completed mid-level education; strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Must-have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and results-focused
• Must-have: Ability to collaborate across functions and ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Must-have: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Nice-to-have: Experience supporting trainings and tool adoption in procurement or similar environments
