Junior Operations Specialist (f/m/d)
Join Axpo Polska Sp. z o.o. as a Junior Operations Verification Specialist and play a key role in supporting our external energy and gas systems. You will be instrumental in implementing customer statements, reporting, and enhancing business processes. What You Will Do:
- Verify agreements of sales for EE and gas according to internal standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service on the Polish energy market.
- Support operational teams, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Create a positive company image in all customer interactions.
- Recognize customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist in process development, data transfer, and implementation of business logic in IT systems.
What You Bring & Who You Are:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional Competencies: Familiarity with CRM systems, intermediate Excel skills, and basic knowledge of PowerBI are advantageous.
- Personal Competencies: Strong analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Languages: Native Polish and at least B2 level in English.
