Axpo Polska also provides services to more than 25,000 companies from the small and medium-sized enterprises segment and, since April 2020, it has only been offering energy with a certified origin from renewable energy sources. While supporting energy transition in Poland, the Company also implements large-scale photovoltaic projects.

Currently we are looking for: Legal Counsel (18-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to energy and gas supply for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
• Advise on processes relevant to the SME customer portfolio and provide expert guidance on matters concerning SME sales agents.
• Prepare and review contract templates, offering insights on new products and initiatives while conducting independent legal assessments of business situations and cases.
• Propose and implement key operational improvements while minimizing legal risks.

Our Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the energy sector, with a strong background in contract drafting and a solid understanding of energy sector regulations.
• A completed university degree in law, with the ability to comprehend energy business needs and operations, translating them into effective contracts.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability, coupled with a proactive approach to driving change and enhancing the legal framework.
• Capacity to develop business-oriented solutions while fostering and supporting innovation within the team.
• Excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and topics simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Polish and a high proficiency in English.
