IT Project Manager - HR Domain (f/m/d)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team, with a special focus on the Human Resources domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects and a strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
What you will do:
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects within the Human Resources area, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between IT technical teams, HR departments, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide detailed reports to senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
- Act as deputy to the team lead, handling senior-level duties and collaborating with top management to support strategic, financial, and cross-functional initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Wht you bring & who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on HR systems and processes.
- Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll systems, and talent management technologies.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German and Spanish is a significant advantage.
