Operational Procurement Specialist (f/m/d)
As Operational Procurement Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the efficient and timely procurement of networking equipment and services, including switches, routers, and firewalls. Your ERP expertise and technical mindset will help drive smooth operations.
What you will do:
- Manage end-to-end procurement for IT & Network hardware and services
- Use Business Central to handle procurement data and supplier interactions
- Collaborate with technical teams to define purchasing requirements
- Support contract and price negotiations with suppliers
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate on-time deliveries
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies
What you bring & who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar
- Experience in operational procurement, ideally in the IT & Network field
- Proficient in Business Central or similar ERP platforms
- Technically inclined and familiar with routers, switches, and firewalls
- Strong communicator in English; German skills are a plus
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
