What you will do:

• Collaborate with the SAP Security & Authorizations team to establish best practices for SAP S/4HANA HCM access governance

• Implement and manage authorization concepts in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and integrated systems

• Design and maintain business-role-based authorization models aligned with SoD and least privilege principles

• Work with IT and HR to define and secure HCM-specific roles, ensuring HR-specific controls

• Support audits and ensure compliance with access management standards

• Monitor access patterns and manage SAP authorization-related incidents

What you bring & who you are:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Authorizations, ideally with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and HCM

• Expertise in PFCG roles, structural authorizations, SoD, and user provisioning

• Familiarity with SAP IDM, GRC, SSO, and modern authentication methods

• Strong understanding of compliance standards like ISAE and SOX

• Team-oriented and proactive with excellent communication and documentation skills

• Fluent in English; German and/or Spanish are a plus
