Energy back-office specialist

In this role, you will support the daily operational tasks related to confirmation exchanges and transaction handling for trades with clients. Under the supervision of the Team Lead, you will ensure that all operational activities are completed efficiently and accurately, while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
What you will do:
- Track and manage daily transactions, handling both electronic and manual confirmation matching for multiple countries.
- Resolve day-to-day issues with clients, traders, Legal, and IT.
- Exchange confirmations for Gas and Power Origination Full Supply.
- Execute daily checks and process trades in various systems (e.g., Endur, DeCoS, EMIS, Ponton).
- Maintain and update counterparty setups and resolve trade disputes.
- Support system backlog maintenance and participate in team projects and systems adoption.
What you bring & who you are:
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Strong business communication skills and professional work experience.
- Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of IT systems (Endur, Elviz, Ice E-Confirm) is an advantage.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively.
