Product Owner - Modern Workplace
As a Product Owner for the Modern Workplace, you will play a key role in shaping Axpo’s digital future. Join our international team in Madrid and bring your vision to life by driving collaboration and innovation through cutting-edge workplace tools.
What you will do:
- Track and ensure service stability and quality; prioritize to provide a balance between quality and innovation
- Improve the data-driven service maturity; this includes defining and tracking relevant KPIs for workplace success
- Effectively communicate the status of services and development to stakeholders
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, provide guidance for the team in an agile environment (SAFe)
- Lead release planning activities, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Identify and manage risks related to endpoint services
What you bring & who you are:
- 8+ years of tech leadership experience, 4 of those managing workplace technologies, ideally in a modern Entra-joined Intune setup.
- Strong knowledge of Workplace technologies, such as Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop, furthermoret:
- Strong knowledge of device management, both virtual and pyhsical
- Familiar with zero-trust security approaches
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, PowerShell, and endpoint management tools
- Experienced in Agile delivery methods and user-focused development
- Excellent communicator with the ability to bridge tech and business perspectives
- Creative mindset and hands-on approach
- Fluent in English (our business language), Spanish and/or German language skills pose an advantage
