Data Support Specialist

What you will do:

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for applications and interfaces, including in-house developed systems.
• Collaborate closely with business units, support teams, and external providers to align technical solutions.
• Support business intelligence initiatives within market and credit risk domains.
• Maintain and improve documentation, ensuring adherence to ITSM processes and quality standards.
• Opportunity to participate in an on-call service, with additional compensation provided.

What you bring & who you are:

• Degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• Operations specialist with 2- 4 years of experience, ideally in Microsoft BI stack technologies.
• Desirable familiarity with data warehousing solutions, preferably using Microsoft technologies (SQL), and understanding of ETL workflows.
• Experience with version control is a plus, ideally using GitHub, along with deployment tools such as Octopus and TeamCity .
• Working experience on Azure DWH or any cloud technologies will be advantage.

• Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Spanish or German is a plus.
