OE Process Governance Specialist (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Process Governance Specialist in our Operational Excellence team to build and lead a company-wide framework for process governance. In this role, you will define standards, promote best practices, and foster alignment across teams to enhance quality, compliance, and efficiency.
You will focus on developing and maintaining robust governance frameworks for business processes. This includes ensuring that processes align with organizational goals, are implemented effectively, and are accessible to the appropriate teams. You will also support compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement a consistent process governance framework, including process hierarchies and ownership models
- Establish governance operations such as dashboards, RACI matrices, and change control protocols
- Manage and maintain centralized process repositories (e.g., Adonis, ARIS, Signavio, BIC)
- Ensure compliance through audits and alignment with internal control systems (e.g., ICS/IKS)
- Define KPIs to assess the success of process governance initiatives
- Provide teams with inclusive training, user-friendly tools, and coaching on process methodology and governance
What you bring & who you are:
- Several years of experience in building Business Process Governance and framework
- In-depth knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and process documentation best practices
- Proficiency with process tools such as Adonis, ARIS, Signavio, Visio, or BIC
- Experience with process mining preferably Celonis
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement approaches
- Effective communicator with a structured and methodical approach
- Strong skills in change management and influence, with the ability to navigate resistance
- Comfortable working in complex, cross-functional environments and driving process improvements
- Energy related knowledge would be good to have but not necessary
