Du bist verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung des Tagesgeschäfts in der Buchhaltung, einschließlich der Rechnungsbearbeitung, Kontenpflege und Abgrenzungen. In einem dynamischen und expandierenden Unternehmen hast du die Möglichkeit, flexibel zu arbeiten und Teil eines internationalen Teams zu sein.
Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Buchen des Tagesgeschäfts (Eingangs-/Ausgangsrechnungen, Banken, Abgrenzungen)
- Proaktive Kontenpflege und Klärung
- Bearbeitung des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Gesellschaften/Mandanten
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen
Profil & Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Bürokaufleute oder Steuerfachangestellte)
- Erfahrung mit grundlegenden Buchhaltungsprozessen und Kontenpflege
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Selbstorganisation und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
