Axpo Polska also provides services to more than 25,000 companies from the small and medium-sized enterprises segment and, since April 2020, it has only been offering energy with a certified origin from renewable energy sources. While supporting energy transition in Poland, the Company also implements large-scale photovoltaic projects.

Currently we are looking for: SME Senior Product Specialist  

Your responsibilities:

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and changes in energy law and incentive schemes – adapt products and processes accordingly.
• Develop, adjust, and optimize products and processes with strong project management – plan, coordinate, manage risks, and deliver results.
• Identify customer needs and propose new products, improvements, or solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain product documentation (contracts, marketing materials, FAQs) and training materials for Sales and Back Office.
• Regularly track product performance (margins, volumes, client base) and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Our requirements:

• University degree (Master’s preferred) .
• 3-5 years of experience in product development, project management, or stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and documentation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and communicate complex topics clearly.
• Proven experience working with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Business mindset with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent planning, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of the Polish energy market is a strong advantage.
