Lead SAP Operations (f/m/d)

Would you like to be part of a startup within an established company? At Axpo Services EMEA, you’ll lead SAP operations, ensuring system security, availability, and performance. Based in Madrid, you will collaborate with SAP experts and business stakeholders to drive operational excellence and optimize our SAP ecosystem.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for ERP operations.
  • Act as the Technical Owner for SAP operations, ensuring system availability and performance.
  • Manage multi-landscape environments, including system refreshes and upgrades.
  • Lead technical operations for SAP S/4HANA, Solution Manager, and SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Develop and implement ITIL-based SAP operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with SAP representatives and lead SAP Basis and Cloud ALM functions.

What you bring & who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Solution Manager, and SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Experience with SAP ECS teams and knowledge of Azure, SAP Ariba, and ITIL practices.
  • A great advantage will be working in a SAP RISE support model
  • Strong teamwork and customer-oriented mindset in a multicultural environment.
  • Proactive and solution-focused approach to operational challenges.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
