Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit einem Auge für Details? In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Abrechnung von Privat- und Geschäftskunden und stellst eine termingerechte und präzise Fakturierung sicher. Unterstütze unser Team mit deinem Know-how im Vertragsmanagement und in der Qualitätssicherung.

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Durchführung der Abrechnung für Netz- und Energielieferungen
  • Vertragsmanagement mit SAP IS-U und EDM Robotron
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Fakturierung
  • Betreuung von Photovoltaikkunden und Überwachung der Abrechnungsprozesse
  • Erstellung und Pflege abrechnungsrelevanter Reports
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Pflege der kaufmännischen Stammdaten

Profil & Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufslehre
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1 mündlich, B2 schriftlich)
  • Erfahrung mit MS Office, SAP IS-U und SAP SD
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
