Axpo Polska also provides services to more than 25,000 companies from the small and medium-sized enterprises segment and, since April 2020, it has only been offering energy with a certified origin from renewable energy sources. While supporting energy transition in Poland, the Company also implements large-scale photovoltaic projects.

Currently we are looking for: International e-Commerce Trainee

What you will do:

• Gain insights into all key areas and activities at Axpo in the area of widely understood ecommerce: IT solutions, marketing, automation, back-office processes  
• Work on challenging assignments and projects involving development and implementation online sales solutions (IT solutions integrations) 
• Support of topics connected with e-commerce business development (project management) 
• Participate in daily analysis of marketing campaigns performance, sales activities and report to relevant stakeholders 
• Support in the execution of undertaken projects and campaigns (project management) 
• Bring in innovative and fresh ideas and shape Axpo with your creativity 
• Build up a group-wide network and create synergies between different teams and business units to increase efficiency by onboarding proven solutions 

Our requirements:

• Completed master's degree in STEM, Economics/Finance or Marketing 
• Analytical approach towards decision making process 
• Familiarity with online marketing and/or IT projects will be an asset 
• Project Management skills are nice to have 
• First professional experience as an intern or working student 
• An ambitious personality who is willing to go the extra mile 
• Analytical and networked thinking to master exciting and demanding challenges 
• Fluent in Polish and English, Spanish is a plus

Over the course of 18 months, you’ll rotate every six months through different teams, gaining valuable insights into e-commerce, digital marketing, and the broader energy sector, while contributing your fresh ideas.

Throughout the program, you’ll experience exciting rotations in e-Commerce, Marketing, and other key departments, building a diverse skill set to accelerate your career.

The traineeship starts on April 1st, 2025, with the possibility of a permanent position upon successful completion.
