Axpo Energy Romania is looking for a dedicated professional to handle regulatory reporting and operational processes for power and gas in Romania and Hungary. If you thrive in a structured environment and enjoy ensuring compliance while optimizing operational workflows, this role is for you.

What you will do:

• Prepares and submits reports and addresses requirements to and from National Regulatory Bodies (ANRE, MEKH, Competition Council etc) or regulated activity counterparties (TSO, DSO);
• Performs the registration on different gas and power trading or operating platforms (Transgaz Gmois, BRM, OPCOM, RBP (Regional Booking Platform), IP (Interconnection Point FGSZ), various DSO platforms, MAVIR, Transelectrica), or any other platform required for the safe and continuous operation under the different business lines of the company; 
• Performs through the TSO/DSO/relevant stakeholder client onboarding and offboarding; 
• Collecting DSO and TSO data necessary for invoicing for full supply and wholesale contracts; 
• Runs the billing cycle for power and gas in Romania and Hungary: prepare and send commodity invoices in accordance with the contractual provisions and specified accounting rules and regulations; 
• Participates actively in invoicing automation processes, including implementation and testing, as well as feedback for continuous improvement of existing solutions; 
• Manages and monitors the transport, distribution, balancing contracts (for gas including the storage); 
• Promotes customer service by responding to customer concerns, complaints, and incidents in relation to their lifecycle management (included but without limiting to the following aspects: invoicing, contracting, scheduled and unscheduled interruptions) 

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree in technical, finance, or legal studies, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing large datasets.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Romanian and English; Hungarian is a plus.
