Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure continuous compliance with GDPR and other data protection laws in coordination with external and group Data Protection Officers (DPOs).
• Act as the primary contact for internal teams on data processing and privacy-related matters.
• Manage and report data security incidents internally and externally.
• Conduct and support Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and monitor their effectiveness.
• Work closely with IT and other stakeholders to align data security with privacy compliance.
• Maintain records of processing activities (ROPAs) and ensure transparency with supervisory authorities.
• Handle data subject requests and inquiries, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Maintain GDPR registers, including those for data subject requests, disclosures, and incidents.
• Foster a data protection culture by implementing GDPR principles such as privacy by design and breach notifications.
• Conduct privacy training sessions as needed.
• Participate in risk assessments and audits.
• Act as the local data protection coordinator, liaising with the Group DPO on compliance, requests, and breaches.
• Develop and implement privacy policies, guidelines, and procedures in line with DPO’s guidance.

Our Requirements:

• Legal degree (or equivalent) and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proactive approach to finding and implementing effective solutions.
• Ability to inspire efficiency, work independently, and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex privacy matters in simple terms and train others effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Interest in learning business operations, particularly in the energy sector.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
