Are you passionate about optimizing and managing Operation Support Systems? Axpo is seeking a talented Senior OSS Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll design, implement, and maintain OSS platforms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of availability, scalability, and performance.

What you will do:

• Develop, configure, and maintain OSS platforms to support network operations.
• Optimize workflows for fault, performance, provisioning, and inventory management.
• Integrate OSS systems with network management and BSS tools.
• Monitor and resolve issues in OSS applications to ensure seamless operations.
• Automate routine tasks to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs.
• Perform system upgrades and document workflows and troubleshooting guides.

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Experience managing OSS platforms (e.g., FNT Command, IBM Tivoli, SevOne).
• Strong skills in fault management, performance management, and provisioning.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like Python, Shell, or Java.
• Solid knowledge of networking protocols and standards (e.g., SNMP, REST APIs).
• Independent and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical collaboration.

Preferred: Certifications in ITIL, TM Forum Frameworx, or OSS tools; expertise in OSS/BSS integration.
