Workload: Full-time Internship (6 months)

Are you passionate about digital communications and eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment? Join Axpo’s User Adoption team in Madrid. You will play a vital role in creating and optimizing engaging content, driving the adoption of IT collaboration tools, and contributing to the success of various initiatives.

What you will do:

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, producing materials such as emails, newsletters, and presentations.
• Develop personalized, automated email campaigns to promote IT products.
• Assist in user segmentation and create communication plans for impactful messaging.
• Deliver performance reporting for Axpo’s digital channels.
• Optimize and update digital content across platforms, ensuring effectiveness and engagement.
• Monitor industry trends in collaboration tools and digital communications to keep Axpo at the forefront.

What you bring & who you are:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Communications, Digital Marketing, or Marketing.
• Experience in designing and executing digital marketing communications.
• Familiarity with digital analytics, including dashboard and report creation.
• Previous experience with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Pardot is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach.
• English proficiency required. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in Spanish and German is a plus.
