Process Intelligence Consultant
The Process Intelligence Consultant will play a crucial role in providing insights and improvements to Axpo’s business processes by leveraging advanced process intelligence tools and business analysis techniques. Your work will involve deep data analysis to identify inefficiencies, uncover opportunities, and implement solutions that support strategic goals.
This role combines technical data analysis with strategic business process oversight to ensure data-driven, impactful improvements across the organization.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Process Intelligence Suite Setup: Develop and expand Axpo’s process intelligence suite, ensuring it is utilized group-wide.
- Process Visualization & Analysis: Use process intelligence tools to visualize real business processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and compliance issues.
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to gather requirements, understand process flows, and identify areas for improvement. Use data analytics to identify trends and guide decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, external partners, Lean Management experts, and business units to align process improvements with business goals and technology capabilities.
- Process Redesign: Collaborate on redesigns of business processes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet organizational objectives.
- Project Leadership: Participate in or lead projects focused on analyzing, defining, and optimizing business processes.
- Process Documentation: Document both new and existing processes, create detailed process maps, and maintain records for future reference and audits.
- Stakeholder Training: Train stakeholders on process findings, methodologies, and empower them to use process intelligence tools independently.
Qualifications
Education
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with an emphasis on analytics and process management.
- Proven record of certifications and training in process mining and data analysis.
- Lean Management certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is an advantage.
Leadership Competencies
- Experience moderating stakeholder groups.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to make informed recommendations for process improvements.
- Ability to align process mining activities with broader business goals.
Professional Competencies
- Experience: At least 4 years in a similar role.
- Process Mining Expertise: Proficiency in process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Disco, ProM) for extracting and analyzing data.
- Analytical Skills: Strong skills in analyzing large datasets and generating actionable insights. Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- IT Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with IT systems architecture and experience coordinating with IT departments for seamless tool integration.
- Process Documentation: Skilled in using BPMN or similar languages for detailed process mapping.
- Project Management Skills: Proficient in managing projects, from concept through to execution.
