Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Procurement project leads and executive stakeholders to shape the strategic direction and associated product roadmap.
- Lead a high-performing team of product owners, technical experts, etc.
- Be part of the Group Applications leadership team.
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for Procurement IT systems/products, with focus on digitalization and automation.
- Ensure stable operations for services in scope.
- Ensure seamless end-to-end integration with other projects and programs.
- Develop and implement governance frameworks for effective risk management, quality control, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to data privacy and security.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science & Business Informatics, or equivalent.
- Proven leadership experience in leading Procurement IT teams working in a matrix set-up.
- Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and ability to build strong relationships.
- Solid understanding of Procurement IT tools, solutions, architecture, methodologies, and processes.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Willingness to travel to Spain several times per year.
Personal Competencies:
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale projects/programs.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with SAP/Ariba in the Procurement IT domain, with focus on complex IT projects or initiatives.
