Senior Regulation/Statutory Reporting Specialist (f/m/d)

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and automating statutory reporting processes for gas and power trading activities across various countries. You will be a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all reporting complies with local energy regulations while leveraging digital tools to enhance efficiency.
What you will do:
- Submission of regular reports (on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis) for gas and power trading activities
- Develop statutory report preparation processes and associated systems.
- Automate data processing and report generation to reduce errors.
- Coordinate development and delivery with other team members.
- Act as the focal point for expertise on incidents and process issues.
- Monitor and implement regulatory changes across various countries.
- Ensure tax payments and certificate redemptions align with reporting obligations.
What you bring & who you are:
- Experience in energy trading and regulatory reporting across different countries.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions) and reporting tools; Power BI and SQL are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., German or French) are an advantage.
- Self-driven and proactive in mastering new challenges.
About the team:
You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team spread across different locations, working closely with colleagues from Origination Services, Legal, Accounting, and subsidiaries. Together, you will ensure the accurate submission of regulatory reports and adapt to changes in the energy trading landscape.
