Change Communication Specialist (f/m/d)

The Change Communication Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring smooth transitions during the adoption of new technologies within the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the human impact of changes, focusing on Microsoft 365, Confluence, and AI tools in a growing organization. Based in Madrid, this position requires occasional travel.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct thorough impact assessments to understand how each project will affect different departments, roles, and processes, using this insight to inform change management plans and mitigate risks
- Develop and execute effective change management plans, including communication and training plans.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and produce communication materials such as emails, newsletters, and presentations.
- Identify and mentor change champions, providing active and visible coaching to support successful change adoption
- Develop KPIs to measure employee adoption and communication effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing support, ensuring smooth integration of new initiatives.
What you bring & who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing.
- Change Management certification (Prosci preferred).
- Experience with internal communications and change management processes.
- Knowledge of collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 and Confluence.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish; German is a plus.
