In this pivotal role, you will shape the future of our finance IT landscape, influencing the digital future of our organization's financial operations.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with project leads and stakeholders to define strategic direction and product roadmap.
  • Lead a high-performing team of product owners and technical experts.
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for Asset Management IT, focusing on digitalization and automation.
  • Ensure stable operations and seamless end-to-end integration with other projects.
  • Implement governance frameworks for risk management, quality control, and compliance.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What you bring & who you are:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in Asset Management Teams within a matrix organization.
  • Strong communication skills and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Deep understanding of Asset Management IT tools, solutions, and processes, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP in the Asset Management domain covering some of the SAP modules EAM, PS, PM, CS, SD, MM, SAP Service & Asset Management
  • Fluency in English and German, with a willingness to travel to Spain.
