What you will do: 

• Create and maintain electrical plans and schematic documents 
• Support the introduction of new planning methods in 3D (BIM methodology) 
• Prepare planning documents for the project team 
• Prepare assembly documents for the production of secondary cabinets 
• Maintain technical databases 

What you bring and who you are: 

• Completed vocational training as an electrical planner or in electrical engineering 
• Knowledge in engineering of secondary systems in substations or power plants 
• Good CAE/CAD skills, ideally with EngineeringBase 
• Experience in 3D modeling of secondary systems preferred 
• Experience in BIM methodology 
• Good oral and written communication skills in German and English 
• Willingness to collaborate virtually with project teams via Teams and cloud services
• High level of independence and responsibility

About the team:

At Axpo, you will work in a dedicated and innovative team specializing in the planning and implementation of secondary systems. You will work directly with the Sub-Project Manager Secondary Systems in Switzerland and support the entire project team. The cooperation with various specialist departments within the Engineering business unit as well as the Sales and Purchasing departments offers you a diverse working environment. Occasional trips to Switzerland (approx. 2-3 days per quarter) will enable you to maintain a direct exchange with colleagues on site and successfully drive projects forward.Ready for the challenge?
