Project Developer Battery Projects Poland (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Develop utility-scale battery storage projects (BESS) until Ready-to-build stage.
- Manage the cooperation with external development companies.
- Liaise with grid operators, landowners, planning authorities, stakeholder groups and the wider public as part of the project development process.
- Conduct high-level site analysis and support in the due diligence processes of project ideas.
- Active participation in M&A activities.
- Ownership and preparation of all relevant documents within Axpo group and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and market reforms concerning battery storage in Poland.
- Interface between external stakeholders, Axpo Polska and Axpo groups support functions.
Our requirements:
- University degree in engineering, natural science, business administration or in a comparable discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in developing of renewables projects (wind, PV etc.) or 2+ years of experience in developing battery projects in Poland, ideally with focus in permitting and grid applications.
- Entrepreneurial skills combined with a structured approach.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a diverse team across several locations.
- Knowledge of AutoCad (layouting skills) would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Polish & English.
