Axpo Group is seeking a PnL Consistency and Data Flow Specialist, focused on enhancing our financial operations and data management for our origination business. This role is pivotal in defining and implementing processes for PnL consistency, ensuring data quality, and developing improvement measures across various countries.
What you will do:
- Define and implement PnL consistency checks, especially for balancing activities.
- Work with Market Risk to investigate PnL issues and develop solutions.
- Propose and implement enhancements in balancing deal modeling, reporting, and quality assurance.
- Define operational and technical requirements for PnL data, ensuring its availability and correctness.
- Actively participate in international projects, providing insights on PnL consistency and deal modeling.
- Identify potential data quality issues and develop solutions.
What you bring & who you are:
- University degree in engineering, economics, physics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills, basic knowledge of Python, relational databases, and BI software.
- Knowledge of commodity or financial trading is advantageous.
- Excellent teamwork skills, ability to work in an international environment, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Spanish communication skills are beneficial.
