To achieve this, multiple transformation projects have been launched, including creating an Axpo Transformation story and creating new Leadership behaviors. 

Ensure that initiatives supporting the organizational enablers of the cultural transformation relate to the overall story to take all employees on the journey, and the new behaviors are anchored within the organization. 

What you will do:

• Your role involves promoting culture change within the Axpo Group, ensuring that the new leadership behaviors are embraced and practiced throughout the Axpo organization
• You are leading the implementation of the leadership behavior program
• You build communications channels and exchanges across the organization to understand where bottlenecks or pain points arise and identify ways to tackle these
• You oversee the quarterly PulseCheck Survey to receive regular feedback from all employees within the Axpo Group
• You are running culture transformation workshops across the Axpo Group in collaboration with the business to drive leadership behaviors
• You will proactively engage with stakeholders, build trust, buy in and establish positive relationships with colleagues across the Axpo Group
  

What you bring & who you are:

• You successfully completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychologies, or any related field
• You bring at least five years of culture transformation experience and leadership development in an international corporation or a consultancy
• You have an Agile Project Management Certificate
• You can navigate and lead teams in a matrix organization
• You are familiar with MS Teams, Employee Feedback tools, Confluence, Jira, or any other agile Project Management tools
• You are fluent in German and English

Our Group Transformation team is part of the COO area within the Axpo Group. This team currently consists of 4 employees who are waiting for you to join!
