Join Axpo as Senior Originator and contribute the development of the Gas Origination business in the CEE region.

What you will do

• You develop, negotiate and execute physical and financial off-take opportunities with wholesale and industrial energy market participants
• You originate, evaluate and structure transactions with counter parties to maximize portfolio value
• You develop and maintain business relationships with wholesale and industrial energy market participants
• You expand the flow business and onboard new counter parties for market access
• You provide internal support to accounting, operations, finance, and development functions
• You assess and respond to market trends and regulatory changes

What you bring & who you are

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or similar
• You have at least 3 years of experience in multi-county (CEE/CE) gas origination business with record of closing long-term agreements and building long-term relationships
• You are able to evaluate and structure transactions using fixed-price swaps and/or other financially-settled products
• You are aware of the energy market dynamics and you are able to stay on-track with changes in technologies, regulations and trends that influence the continuous adoption of renewable energy
• You are fluent in English, and you speak Czech or Slovak language
